This patch updates the UK version of Over The Reich to the latest version
1.01.  To use this, just copy these files(patch.exe, 95.rtp, 31.rtp) into
your install directory(usually c:\ovrreich).

To update the Windows 3.1 version of the game, type in the command
"patch 31".

To update the Windows 95 version of the game, type in the command
"patch 95".
